Order Inspection and Return Policy :

  • Upon receiving your order, you can carefully inspect it to ensure the quality, size, and color are as requested.
  • If you choose to decline the order, shipping fees must be paid.
  • Returns are only accepted in the presence of the delivery agent.
  • Please thoroughly check your order before the delivery agent leaves to ensure it meets your expectations.
  • Prepaid orders only are eligible for exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting us or visiting our store , For exchanges, the item / items will be collected by the shipping company for inspection , Once approved, your new order will be processed , Exchanges or returns are only allowed for ( Prepaid orders only )  if the item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you recieved .

 

Washing Instructions:

  • Avoid washing the item with chemicals; use only lukewarm water.
  • Do not expose the item to high heat. Always place a fabric barrier between the garment and the heat source when ironing.
  • Wash the item separately to prevent color transfer.
  • If the garment includes external accessories like ties or belts, remove them before washing.
  • Do not leave the garment soaking in water for an extended period to avoid color fading.

سياسة فحص واسترجاع الطلبات:

  • عند استلام الطلب، يمكنك معاينته جيدًا للتحقق من الجودة، المقاس، واللون المطلوب.
  • في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتعين دفع مصاريف الشحن.
  • يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط بحضور مندوب التوصيل.
  • يُرجى التأكد من فحص الطلب بدقة قبل مغادرة مندوب التوصيل لضمان توافقه مع توقعاتك.
  • الطلبات المدفوعة مقدمًا فقط  يمكن استبدالها خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب عن طريق التواصل معنا يتم استبدال القطعة بعد إستلامها للفحص من خلال شركة الشحن ، وبعد التأكد منها، يتم إعادة تنفيذ الطلب الجديد , الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع متاح لعملاء الطلبات المدفوعة مقدمًا فقط  في حالة عدم استخدام أو ارتداء المنتج .

تعليمات الغسيل:

  • يجب عدم غسل القطعة باستخدام مواد كيميائية ، مع استخدام الماء الفاتر فقط .
  • تجنب تعريض القطعة لدرجات حرارة عالية ، مع ضرورة وضع حاجز قماشي بين الملابس ومصدر الحرارة عند الكي.
  • لا تُغسل القطعة مع ملابس أخرى لتجنب تأثرها بالصبغات.
  • في حالة وجود إكسسوارات خارجية مثل الأربطة أو الأحزمة، يُفضل فصلها قبل الغسيل.
  • لا تترك الملابس مغمورة في الماء لفترة طويلة لتجنب بهتان الألوان.
